How it works, please specify if you want a bump, flare or notch on the end of tubing you purchased, just select the tube size, and material of the part in your cart and we will add to the end, if you require on both ends purchase qty2.

Coupler (part that connects to ends) just specify the tube size and materials on the list for the joint/coupler, all parts will be 4″-6″ in length this measurement is based on our dies we use and it’s the smallest we can go. and will have each end bumped up so you can connect two tubes of the same size together, similar to a bump up. (since these are a production part made in house custom longer lengths are available, please email [email protected] for a quote)

Bump up, this will bump the tubing up 1/8″ in diameter so the tubing will slide over itself, perfect for a solid welding surface or a clamp. Flaring the Tubing will make a cone like end on the material. usually expanded to the next 1/2″ size ( IE: 2.5″ flared end will result in 2-3/4″ end)
