30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Options
Customers may choose between:
• Money Back Refund (minus restocking fee)
• 100% Store Credit (restocking fee waived)
Returns After 30 Days
Return requests made after 30 days require approval and may incur additional restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
• Straight tubing is non-returnable.
• Custom-made parts are non-returnable unless prototyping was completed and a production error occurred.
• Installed, modified, welded, or damaged parts cannot be returned.
Condition Requirements
All returned products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original or equivalent packaging.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.
Terms & Conditions
Return Authorization Required
All returns require an approved RA number. Returns without authorization may be refused.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Every returned item is inspected. Refunds may be adjusted or denied based on condition.
Processing Time
Refunds or store credits are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Custom Work Policy
Custom fabrication, bending, welding, or specialty parts are non-returnable unless a prototype was approved and a production error occurred on our end.
Customer Information & Liability
• Customer information is not saved beyond what is needed to process the order.
• We hold no liability for contracts, agreements, or communication between the customer and True Mandrel.
• Only the written order confirmation or invoice is legally binding.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for shipping damage or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours and may require photos.
Tooling Purchases
All tooling purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
