About US
Who is Truemandrel?
We believe in an old-school approach to customer service — responsive, reliable, and built on real relationships. Combined with the latest CNC machinery and advanced manufacturing equipment, we deliver precision parts and custom solutions.
Our team brings over 20 years of machining experience, 15 years of building award-winning custom semi trucks, multiple “Best in Show” awards, ASE certification, and engineering degrees. This diverse hands-on and technical background allows us to support a wide range of projects, from simple components to complex custom orders.
We are a locally owned and family-operated business based in Clackamas, Oregon. Every product we sell is made in-house or locally using 100% U.S. Materials. (Unlike competitors that source materials locally and are manufactured overseas.) We don’t just purchase materials through U.S. suppliers — our materials are manufactured domestically, and our parts are produced right here in our facility. This ensures consistent quality, dependable lead times, and products we’re proud to stand behind.
No matter the size of your order, we’re committed to delivering craftsmanship, precision, and service that exceeds expectations.

Materials & Manufacturing
100% USA
We source our raw materials from trusted U.S. manufacturers to ensure consistent quality and performance. Our 304 stainless steel is supplied by Phoenix Tube (Seattle, WA) and RathGibson (Janesville, WI). Aluminized steel, mild steel, and 409 stainless steel are sourced from Clifford-Jacobs/CliffForm Tube (Cleveland, OH).
All tubing/material is cut to length and mandrel bent in-house, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and precise fitment.
Our exhaust clamps we cut to size before being formed to our exact specifications by Clamp Mate (Spokane, WA).
V-bands, O₂ bungs, and hangers are machined in-house from billet material using our Mori Seiki CNC lathe, ensuring tight tolerances and durability.
Clamp fasteners and hardware are supplied by Vancouver Nut & Bolt (Washington) for dependable strength and consistency.
Our bellows and rubber components are produced in partnership with Falcon Metal & Rubber (Texas) using materials we supply to meet our design standards.
Flanges are machined from billet and precision cut locally via laser or waterjet by Marks Brothers or Hegar Manufacturing, both located near our facility.
Gaskets are manufactured from a specialized compound by Gasket Specialties (Portland, OR).
By combining trusted domestic suppliers with in-house machining and local manufacturing partners, we ensure every component meets our standards for quality, fit, and performance and maintain our commitment to 100% US manufacturing.
