The AERO Exhaust AT4040XL Turbine XL is engineered specifically for high-performance diesel trucks, delivering exceptional exhaust flow while reducing cab drone and harsh exhaust noise. Designed for Cummins, Duramax, Power Stroke, motorhomes, and heavy-duty diesel applications, the AT4040XL combines AERO's proven Patented Airfoil Cone Technology with an integrated resonator for maximum performance and a refined exhaust tone.

Unlike conventional packed mufflers, the AT4040XL contains no fiberglass packing to burn out or deteriorate over time. Instead, its straight-through turbine design accelerates exhaust flow to help increase horsepower and torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). The integrated resonator significantly reduces rasp and interior drone, making it an excellent choice for daily-driven trucks, tow rigs, and long-distance haulers. Many diesel owners also report noticeable improvements in fuel economy after installation.

Constructed from 100% mirror-polished 304 stainless steel, the AT4040XL is fully welded for outstanding durability and corrosion resistance. The 4" Center In / 4" Center Out configuration fits most custom 4-inch diesel exhaust systems and is an excellent upgrade for stock replacement or performance exhaust builds.
