The AERO Exhaust AT5050XL Turbine XL is engineered specifically for high-output diesel applications, delivering exceptional exhaust flow while dramatically reducing drone and harsh exhaust noise. Designed for diesel pickups, motorhomes, semis, tow rigs, and other heavy-duty 5-inch exhaust systems, the AT5050XL combines AERO's proven Patented Airfoil Cone Technology with an integrated resonator for the perfect balance of performance and sound.

Unlike conventional packed mufflers, the AT5050XL contains no fiberglass packing to burn out or deteriorate over time. Instead, its straight-through turbine design scavenges exhaust gases more efficiently, helping improve horsepower, torque, throttle response, fuel economy, and even reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). The integrated resonator smooths out the exhaust note while minimizing cab drone, making it ideal for daily-driven diesel trucks and long-distance towing.

Constructed entirely from 100% hand-polished 304 stainless steel, the AT5050XL is fully welded for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The 5" Center In / 5" Center Out design fits most custom 5-inch diesel exhaust systems and is an excellent upgrade for Cummins, Duramax, and Power Stroke trucks, as well as diesel motorhomes and commercial applications.
